What is Muse?
Muse is a premium Canadian non-alcoholic wine brand. Crafted with the same traditional winemaking methods as fine wines, our Merlot and Rosé are gently de-alcoholized to deliver full flavor without compromise.

Does it actually taste like wine?
Yes! Muse is designed to taste just like the real thing — bold and fruit-forward Merlot, crisp and citrusy Rosé. Customers tell us it’s the best-tasting non-alcoholic wine they’ve tried.

Is Muse vegan and gluten-free?
Absolutely. Muse is 100% vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and only 25 calories per glass.

How much sugar is in Muse?
Muse is light and refreshing with only 1 gram of sugar per 5oz glass. Full nutrition facts are printed on the back of every bottle for full transparency.

Does Muse contain sulfites?
Yes, as with traditional wines, Muse contains small amounts of sulfites to preserve freshness.

When do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (PST) will ship the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) will ship the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM (PST) will ship the following Monday.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on full cases in BC

$15 flat rate for Ontario

$15 flat rate for most of Canada

$20 flat rate for East Coast provinces

How long does delivery take?
Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by region:

BC: 1–3 days

Ontario: 7-10 days

Rest of Canada: 5–10 days

Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
Yes — express and overnight shipping can be arranged on request. Please get in touch with us directly before placing your order so we can provide a custom shipping quote.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Local pickup is available at Ve Oh Lay Acres Winery in Summerland, BC. Bring your confirmation email and matching ID. We are currently working on a local pick up location in Port Coquitlam.

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders faster and save your details for next time.

💳 Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to adjust or cancel it.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Muse is available across Canada only. Please get in touch to get on a waiting list.

🍇 Non-Alcoholic Wine Questions

How is the alcohol removed?
We use a gentle de-alcoholization process after traditional fermentation, so you get the same complexity of real wine — just without the alcohol.

Is there any alcohol at all?
Muse contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume — similar to kombucha or ripe fruit — which is considered alcohol-free in Canada.

How should I serve Muse?
Muse Merlot opens up beautifully when slightly cool, while Rosé shines ice-cold. Store upright, out of direct sunlight.

How long does Muse last after opening?
We recommend enjoying Muse within 2–3 days of opening. Reseal and refrigerate for best taste.

Can I drink Muse if I’m pregnant?
Many customers choose Muse during pregnancy since it’s alcohol-free (less than 0.5% ABV, similar to kombucha or ripe fruit), but we always check with your healthcare provider first.
