Shipping Policy

At Muse Wine Company, we’re dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly, carefully, and affordably as possible. Each bottle is handled with care from our winery to your door to ensure your Muse experience arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed the following business day.

  • Orders placed on Fridays after 11:00 AM PST, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • No orders are shipped on weekends to help prevent delays or product exposure in transit.

Delivery Estimates

We currently ship across Canada only.

  • British Columbia (BC): 2–5 business days

  • Alberta & Prairie Provinces: 3–7 business days

  • Ontario & Quebec: 5–10 business days

  • East Coast (Maritimes & Newfoundland): 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

We strive to offer simple, fair shipping rates that reflect actual costs while keeping your experience affordable:

  • BC: $30 per case / $18 per half case

  • Rest of Canada: $15 flat rate

  • East Coast: $20 flat rate

Free local pickup is available at our winery — please bring your confirmation email upon collection.

Winter Shipping Notice

During the colder months, extra precautions are taken to prevent freezing and breakage in transit.
Because of additional insulation and handling, winter shipping rates may increase slightly.

We are not responsible for damages that occur from freezing during transit, though we always work closely with our carriers to minimize risk.

Express & Overnight Shipping

If you require express or overnight delivery, please contact us at drink@musewinecompany.com before placing your order.
We’ll be happy to provide a custom quote and help expedite your shipment whenever possible.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted carriers like Sendle, Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order safely.
All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.

Order Issues or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at drink@musewinecompany.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
