We ship across Canada, Monday through Friday (no weekend deliveries).

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (PST) ship the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) ship the next business day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM Friday will ship the following Monday.

📦 Standard Shipping Rates

British Columbia: Free shipping on full cases | $15 for less than.

Ontario: $15-$18 flat rate per order

Rest of Canada: $15-$18 flat rate per order

East Coast Provinces (NB, NS, PEI, NL): $20 flat rate per order

🚚 Local Pickup

Pickup is available at Ve Oh Lay Acres Winery in Summerland, BC. Bring your email order confirmation and matching ID. Name must match the order.

During colder months, shipping rates may increase to cover additional packaging and precautions required to prevent bottles from freezing in transit. This helps ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.


🍷 Muse Return & Refund Policy

At Muse, we want you to love every bottle you open. Because our products are consumable, we can only accept returns or issue refunds in specific cases. Please review our policy below:

Refunds

We are only able to provide refunds if:

The product(s) were damaged or defective upon arrival

The product(s) were purchased directly through our Muse website.

You submit your refund request within 30 days of receipt

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once verified. Please allow 3–5 business days (or longer depending on your bank) for the refund to appear on your statement.

📸 Photos of damaged/defective items are required before a refund can be approved.

Refunds are not available for:

Products that have been opened or consumed

Items not purchased directly through our website

Sale items


Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Please note:

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable service or insurance to ensure safe delivery back to us.


Winter Returns

During colder months, please take extra precautions when shipping products back to us. We cannot be responsible for bottles that break in transit due to freezing conditions.


How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Email us at drink@musewinebrand.com with the subject line “Return” or “Exchange”. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos (if applicable).
